After one of the last snows of the year, the skies cleared and warmed up for the smart, confident, and oh-so-friendly Bella to celebrate her Bat Mitzvah! Bella’s family and friends gathered at the Denver Botanic Gardens for a magical evening. Bella ran a Book Drive as her Bat Mitzvah service project, and all of her guests brought in multiple books to donate to the drive as they entered the party. It was a great way to use her celebration as an opportunity to serve her community.

Bella has loved so many things in her life already, and our team had the fun opportunity to create custom terrariums for the dinner tables’ centerpieces which commemorated all of these loves! There was one featuring a tiny owl and broomstick to represent her love for Harry Potter, a tiny beach scene, and an artists studio. These terrariums were surrounded on their tables by faux flowers, earth-toned linens, and a few fairies. Bella is also a responsible young person who cares for her environment and it was important to her to make some choices that would not have a negative impact on the environment, such as the biodegradable plates and flatware at each seat - keep it up, Bella!

Music On Tap welcomed guests with a grand entrance announcement of Bella’s family, and a special introduction for the Bat Mitzvah girl herself. Bella entered down the beautiful staircase and performed a solo dance for all of her guests! What a rock-star! Family and friends danced, and celebrated Bella before heading upstairs for a dinner by Culinary Masters Catering. After dinner and dessert, Bella and her parents gave heartwarming toasts to thank their guests and celebrate Bella’s accomplishment.

Bella and her friends ended the evening with more dancing, mocktails, crafts at a special craft station, glow stick mania, The Hora, a scavenger hunt and games with their DJ! We’ll be dreaming of the magical oasis of Bella’s garden party for weeks to come!
