The BEST DECISION we made for our wedding was hiring Kaitlin Shea Weddings! As a destination bride, I knew that I would need a wedding planner to make my vision come to life. My now-husband and I had never been to Colorado before planning a wedding there, but we knew we wanted to get married in the mountains. As we began to research wedding planners in Colorado, we found Katilin and her team and immediately fell in love with her portfolio, professionalism, and the services she offered. She was amazing to work with every step of the way. She provided an amazing list of vendor recommendations and truly saw my vision and made it come to life. Working with her and Saylor was like working with your two best friends! They were quick to respond to my millions of questions, a calm and comforting presence during the uncertainty of the pandemic, and truly the best people to have by your side on your wedding day. We had the absolute best vendors I could have ever imagined working with, and that is 1000% because of Kaitlin's recommendations and connections in the Colorado wedding scene. She knows the best people, works with the best, and is the ABSOLUTE best there is! I can not recommend Kaitlin Shea Weddings enough to any future brides who are thinking about hiring a wedding planner. If I had to do it all over again, I would absolutely hire KSW again. Our wedding day is such a special memory now for both myself and my husband and none of it would have been possible without Kaitlin & Saylor. We couldn’t be more happy with Kaitlin and her team. We wound up working more with Saylor Webb, and holy cow did Saylor go above and beyond! We signed on to have them help with day of coordination but Saylor really helped us all year long in the planning process. She helped review contracts to make sure they looked ok, she kept in good contact with our vendors to make sure everything worked out perfect the day of, and she created a timeline and floor plan. She thought of all the little things, and o our big day I wasn’t worried about a thing because I knew she was there . Kaitlin is the BEST! Even my husband, who was so reluctant to hire and planner and wasn’t sure about the value kept raving throughout the planning process about how it was by far the best investment we’d made! From our first meeting, Kaitlin was so kind and easy to relate to. We had calls almost monthly throughout the planning process and she was always there to calm me down when I was stressed about the tiniest things, had a new idea, or just needed to bounce something off of her. The best decision I made during my wedding planning was to hire a planner. Kaitlin was absolutely amazing from day one.
