I’m going to tear up as I write this blog, because Lauren & Gian’s journey to their wedding day was an emotional one! Of course, just like many other couples, Covid played a big role in their wedding planning process and one that wasn’t welcomed. Lauren & Gian jumped on the planning early on, which was a blessing considering the last 6 months of planning included a lot of uncertainty! When Covid first hit, we anticipated having to postpone and were preparing for the absolute worst! After a lot of thought, chats, and difficult decisions, they continued to move forward with 2020 plans only to be de-railed by a vendor bankruptcy and a vendor that was unable to travel due to closed borders!
A few weeks later (talk about stress), with a new caterer and photography team in tow, we squeaked in an amazing wedding during the peak of Summer! The vibes were amazing, the decor was to die for, and the wedding party was just about the sweetest! It’s obvious to us when our couples are well supported, and there’s no doubt that these two were. There were sentimental tears, happy tears, and tears from laughing too hard!
About a month after this incredible celebration, Colorado shut down again and we wouldn’t have had these incredible memories. We are forever thankful to have had this wonderful day with Lauren, Gian, their friends, family, and the best fur babies in the world! Cheers to the Panicuccis!
